1. Data Controller

2. Data collected
The spolu.it website collects only the email address of users who voluntarily subscribe through the form available on the site.
Anonymous and aggregated browsing information (IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, access times) is also collected via Google Analytics, solely for statistical purposes.
3. Purpose of processing
The data collected is processed for the following purposes:
- Sending communications and newsletters requested by the user at the time of subscription
- Anonymous statistical analysis of site usage, in order to improve its functionality
4. Legal basis
The processing of personal data (email address) is based on the consent given by the data subject at the time of subscription, pursuant to art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
The processing of anonymous analytics data is based on the controller's legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) in improving the service.
5. Data retention
The email address is kept until consent is withdrawn by the data subject. Aggregated analytics data, which cannot be linked to individuals, is retained according to Google Analytics' default settings (26 months).
6. Disclosure to third parties
Personal data is not sold, transferred or disclosed to third parties, except where necessary to provide the service (e.g. email service providers) or required by law.
Statistical data is processed by Google LLC through the Google Analytics service. For more information, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
7. Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to articles 15–22 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to:
- Access their personal data
- Request rectification or erasure
- Object to processing or request its restriction
- Request data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal
